We want you to love your Conan Gray official merchandise, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition items and certain media products may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
